Lawrence Hamlin/Mad Dog Press Studio is located in White Plains, New York and produces etchings and other works on paper. Having published etchings and woodblocks for artists for many years, I am currently working on my own drawings and prints. since my move east, The studio has become "more intimate" and less of a production facility for other artists. My love of color work in print, particularly etching, continues to engage me. My past experiences with other Artists remains a major influence on my work both visually and philosophically. I am grateful to the artist that I have had the great pleasure of working with and part of each of them influences and speaks to me in my creative time everyday. I am uncertain in this time of "Art making" where I might fit in. I will leave that to another to figure out . For now I feel more free and far less concerned with tomorrow.
